Academic Excellence

We are committed to increasing Grade Level Proficiency and College and Career Readiness in Reading and Math for every student. Through consistent data analysis, PLC collaboration, and targeted instruction, we use i-Ready, classroom assessments, and benchmark data to monitor growth and adjust instruction in real time.

Every classroom promotes critical thinking skills, academic vocabulary, and structured student discourse.

Personalized and Tiered Support

Instruction is differentiated to meet students where they are while pushing them toward grade level standards. Through Center Time, small group instruction, i-Ready incentives, and targeted supports for students, we ensure students receive the support they need to grow.

Capturing Kids’ Hearts

Strong relationships are the foundation of our culture. Through Capturing Kids’ Hearts and clear Social Contracts, we create classrooms built on trust, accountability, and respect. Kennedy was named a Capturing Kids’ Hearts (CKH) National Showcase School during the 2025-2026 school year.

1:1 Technology

Each student receives a Chromebook for use during the school day. Technology is used intentionally to enhance instruction, provide immediate feedback, and personalize learning experiences.

Recent Growth and Accomplishments
